Mubasher: Osos Holding Group Co suffered a loss of KWD 311,000 ($1.03 million) in the fourth quarter of 2018 against profits valued at KWD 194,000 ($641,000) in the same quarter in fiscal year 2017.

During fiscal year 2018, Osos posted a 7% increase in profits to KWD 1.22 million compared to KWD 1.14 million in FY17, according to a filing to Boursa Kuwait on Tuesday.

Osos' board recommended distributing a cash dividend representing 10% of the firm's capital or 10 fils per share for FY18.
